Pony Parties

All of our Pony Parties are fully customisable to your child's interests and needs.

Your party could include; pony rides, dress up, arts and crafts, bunny and guinea pig cuddles, sheep poo golf, gumboot toss, a trip to our fairy garden and more! We will ask you to fill out details about your child's favourite colour, their favourite animal and will tailor our parties to suit them. 

 

You may request an additional safety walker while the children are horse riding, this costs $25.00 per walker or an extra horse and lead walker for $75.00.

Please note we prefer to do your catering to make your job easier, but if you want to bring extra food then it needs to come ready to serve on platters and a service fee of $5 will be charged or taken from your bond before it's refunded.


If you book one of our Deluxe Parties, the birthday child will receive a special gift! 

 

Your child is guaranteed to have a blast.

Pony Party Option One

Pony Party Option Two

A two-hour Pony Party for up to 8 children. 


Children will each be provided with a party box which will include:

 

- Sausage Rolls* 

- Cheerios *

- Cupcakes

- Jellies

- Fairy Bread

- Popcorn

- Water/ Lemonade

 

The food items with a * can be swapped out together for mini Hawaiian or Vegetarian pizza instead. 


Cost: $400.00
 

 

Please note, we are happy to accommodate all dietary needs and any allergies. These may come with additional costs.

A two and a half hour Pony Party for 8 children, additional children (up to a total of 15) can be added for an extra cost which is detailed below.

Children will each be provided with a party box which will include:

 

- Sausage Rolls* 

- Cheerios *

- Cupcakes

- Jellies

- Fairy Bread

- Popcorn

- Water/ Lemonade

 

The food items with a * can be swapped out together for mini Hawaiian or Vegetarian pizzas instead. 

 

Cost: $450.00

Additional Children: $25.00 per child

Deluxe Pony Party Option One

A two-hour Pony Party for up to 8 children.


Children will each be provided with a party box which will include:

 

- Club sandwiches

- Mini pies *

- Sausage rolls *

- Yoghurt shots

- Jellies

- Fruit kebabs

- Cupcakes

- Water/ Lemonade

Cost: $490.00

Payment and Cancellation Details

Your party must be paid prior to the date of your party.

 

Payments can be made into the Trickle Creek bank account 38-9016-0585120-00, use your date and name as the reference.

 

We require a $60.00 deposit to secure your booking and we will provide confirmation.

If there are no damages and you are leaving on time, you will have your bond paid back to you at the end of your party.

Your bond will be returned by internet banking after the party is completed. 

 

Cancellations


In the event that you cancel your party at any time, your deposit will not be returned.

In the event of a cancellation and you have paid in full prior to the party date, this money, minus the deposit will be paid back to you.

Trickle Creek reserves the right to cancel any party booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to; extreme weather, emergencies, any problems with the animals. If Trickle Creek is required to cancel your party, all the money paid (including the bond) will be paid back to you.
